First is the 'Internet Explorer' and second is the 'Registry Editor'. In actual, The file mdm.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files\Common Files" or sometimes in a subfolder of the "My Files" folder (usually C:\Windows\System\ or C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\). 1. Disable From The Internet Explorer

To disable this process from the internet explorer, first open your Internet Explorer and click on the Setting icon at the right of the Top and go the 'Internet Options'.

2. Disable From The Windows Registry

To disable from the Windows Registry, first open the Run by pressing Window + R keys.
